Using this website

These terms apply when you access or purchase through ausjersey.com. By using the store, you agree to use it lawfully and not interfere with its security, operation or intellectual property.

Products, prices and orders

Prices are displayed in Australian dollars (AUD). Product colours and appearance can vary by screen. Product availability, descriptions and prices may be corrected when an error is identified. An order is subject to acceptance, payment verification and availability; we may cancel or limit an order where reasonably necessary and will provide any refund required.

Personalisation

You are responsible for checking custom names, numbers and selected options before submitting an order. Personalised items have different change-of-mind eligibility as described in our Refund and Return Policy.

Delivery, returns and privacy

Our Shipping Policy, Refund and Return Policy and Privacy Policy form part of these terms. Checkout information for the selected address and order takes priority over general delivery estimates.

Intellectual property and third-party services

Site content may not be copied or commercially exploited without permission. Product names and visual references may identify style or inspiration and do not by themselves state affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement by a club, federation or trademark owner. Third-party payment, delivery and platform services may have separate terms.

Consumer rights and liability

Nothing in these terms limits non-excludable rights under Australian law, including the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect loss that was not reasonably foreseeable from the transaction.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. We may update them by publishing a revised version on the store; changes apply prospectively unless law requires otherwise.
