We understand that sometimes a return or refund may be necessary. This policy outlines the guidelines for all purchases made through our online store.

1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
To qualify for a return or refund, the following conditions must be met:
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- Timeframe: Requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your package.
- Customized Items: Personalized jerseys (featuring specific player names, numbers, or custom text) are final sale. These items are only eligible for replacement if they arrive damaged or with a clear manufacturing defect.
2. How to Request a Return
To initiate a request, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email support@ausjersey.com with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue (please attach clear photos if the item is damaged or incorrect).
- Authorization: Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and the designated return instructions.
- Packaging: Securely pack the items in their original packaging.
- Labeling: Clearly write the RAN on the outside of the shipping package.
- Shipping: Send the package to the return address provided by our support team.
3. Shipping Responsibility
- Personal Preference: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning an item due to personal preference, change of mind, or sizing issues.
- Store Error: If the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect (wrong size/team sent), we take full responsibility and will provide a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.
4. Refund Processing
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.
- Note: While our store displays prices in EUR (Shopify default), the final transaction and refund will be processed in the equivalent value of your local currency (AUD).
5. Package Guarantee & Order Protection
We provide a comprehensive "Package Guarantee" for every order to ensure a worry-free shopping experience:
- Missing Packages: If your order has not arrived within 45 days, please contact us for a priority investigation. We will offer a reshipment or a full refund.
- Defective Items: Any quality concerns must be reported within 30 days of delivery to be eligible for a resolution under our guarantee.
6. Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please contact support@ausjersey.com immediately. Once an order has entered the processing phase (usually 2–4 business days), we may be unable to cancel or modify it.
