Shipping within Australia

Aus Jersey serves customers across Australia and displays prices in Australian dollars (AUD).

Processing and delivery estimates

• Order processing: usually 2–4 business days after payment confirmation.
• Standard delivery: usually 15–25 business days after dispatch.
• Express delivery, when available at checkout: usually 10–15 business days after dispatch.

These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Peak periods, carrier disruption, remote destinations and customs or border processing may add time. The shipping method, price and estimate displayed at checkout for your address take priority.

Tracking

When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email used for the order. Tracking can take several business days to show movement after dispatch.

Address changes and delivery issues

Contact us promptly if the address is incorrect. We cannot guarantee changes after fulfilment begins. If an order appears lost, materially delayed, damaged in transit or marked delivered but cannot be located, email support@ausjersey.com with the order number and relevant details so we can investigate with the carrier.
